State-Owned Enterprises or SOEs, are business entities whose share ownership is mostly owned by the state and also one of that support country's economy. Apart from producing goods and/or services, presence SOEs can be a means employment for workforce. In order to success business, BUMN has three important organs, namely GMS, Directors Commissioners. Article 6 paragraph (2) Law Number 19 2003 concerning it said "The Commissioners Supervisory Board fully responsible supervision interests objectives SOEs". Regarding themselves, regulated in 27 33 Enterprises. However, companies form Persero, regulation subject 40 2007 Limited Liability Companies, so this study uses normative legal research methods. The purpose expected reference readers able add insight into responsibilities commissioners under law. This journal will discuss company's terms Company Law. results which concluded are, Commissioner as an organ supervising providing advice carrying out management activities.
